If you're a busy woman of color who's experiencing stress and overwhelm, and has ever felt like you are pouring from an empty cup, this workshop is for you. It's an opportunity to take a break from the daily grind, connect with other women of color, and learn techniques to manage your energy more effectively.

Do I need any prior experience in yoga, meditation, or Reiki?

No prior experience is required. This retreat is designed for both beginners and those familiar with these practices.

 

 

Do I need to be flexible or familiar with Kundalini Yoga to participate?

No, Kundalini yoga is accessible to people of all fitness levels and abilities. Most of the practice is done from a seated position. I will provide modifications and adjustments to make the practice comfortable for you. The workshop and Kundalini yoga are not about perfection, it's about progress and self-exploration. That's why Kundalini is often called the yoga of awareness and transformation. 

 What will I need for this workshop?

Once registered, we'll send specific preparation details. Generally, it's best to have a quiet space, wear comfortable clothing, and come with an open mind. Your environment plays a role in maximizing the retreat's benefits.
